WHEN! monthly membership meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at St. Stephen's Church on Park Square in Pittsfield. All members are urged to attend.
July 1st general membership meeting: WHEN! kicksoff 2009 campaign season. Come with a "Diverse Dessert" to meet, hear and share the sweetness of diversity with fellow members and individuals who have taken out nomination papers intending to run for elected offices in Pittsfield this November. Child care will be provided.
August 5th general membership meeting: WHEN! continues to kickoff the 2009 campaign season. Come share light refreshments, meet and hear fellow members and the latest individuals who have taken out nomination papers intending to run for elected offices in Pittsfield this November. Child care will be provided.
October 7th general membership meeting: WHEN! invites candidates to a debate. At - large candidates 5:30 - 6:30 PM. The five contested ward candidates 7:00 - 8:00 PM. Child care will be provided.
October 13th school committee debate: WHEN! invites school committee candidates to a debate 6:00 PM at Reid Middle School. Child care will be provided.

The WHEN! Board has been meeting monthly working on an agenda for the 2009 elections. An on line survey is also being created to generate feedback from the general membership as to the direction WHEN should take in 2009.
