Mission
WHEN! is a membership organization that identifies, supports,
and promotes women and racial and ethnic minorities to become elected
to government office. WHEN! is committed to empowering all citizens to
become well informed and actively involved in the political process.
Vision
To promote a progressive government that reflects the changing demographics of the city of Pittsfield and whose actions embrace the needs of Pittsfield and its people to develop a vibrant community.
